DF SERIES: Drop Forged Wheels

CAPACITY: 1400 - 20000 LBS.

DF wheels are used for the heaviest loads. The wheel have is machined flat, which assures smooth and easy rolling. Although not recommended where noise or floor protection is a concern, this wheel is highly resitant to impact under full loads. Drop Forged are best used in very abusive conditions; for long wear life on concrete; or in any high heat application.

Characteristics:

Forged Steel SAE 1025, 75000 psi minimum tensile strength

Temperature range -45 to 800 degrees F, for high temperature specify metal washers and high temperature grease

Aluminum enamel finish

Options:

Tapered roller bearings
